SuperSoccerSavings.com offers a 30-day limited-liability warranty. To avail warranty services, please email us with your order number along with a detailed explanation of the encountered issue. Clear photos may be requested for assessment. Please allow up to two business days for us to investigate the claim before we respond (business days are Monday through Friday). If deemed defective, SuperSoccerSavings.com reserves the right to repair or replace the item, after providing a Return Authorization Number. If a suitable replacement item is not available, a Discount Code will be provided that can be used on SuperSoccerSavings.com for an alternative product of the same (or greater) value. No additional forms of compensation are offered. The 30-day limited-liability warranty provided by SuperSoccerSavings.com expires 30 calendar days after product delivery. For footwear, equipment, and garments, damages resulting from improper handling, use, laundering, accidents, or normal wear-and-tear are not considered manufacturing defects. 4. Which shipping methods does Super Soccer Savings offer? Super Soccer Savings offers shipping across Canada by both Canada Post (Expedited Shipping) and FedEx (Ground).  5. How long will it take for me to receive my order? We ship out of our Distribution Center in British Columbia and require 1 to 3 business days to process and package your order. Once you receive your shipping confirmation you will be able to track your order, however, the arrival date may vary based on the shipping method you chose. 6.
